Help for Shopify merchants using Total Print Hub product setup, design studio launch, artwork libraries, pricing, export, and supplier workflows.
Contact
Use the support contact published in the Shopify App Store listing, or open Total Print Hub support. Do not send Shopify API secrets, passwords, supplier passwords, private object-storage keys, or customer payment details in support messages.
What to include
- Shop domain, for example
example.myshopify.com. - The affected product, design, order, export job, or supplier workflow.
- Screenshots of the visible app state and the exact time the issue occurred.
- Whether the issue affects admin setup, customer Studio launch, cart handoff, export, or supplier production.
Operational safety
Total Print Hub support should never ask for raw Shopify API secrets, supplier passwords in chat, object-storage credentials, or customer payment data. Share credentials only through an approved secret-management workflow.
Billing
App billing and plan access are handled through Shopify. See billing and plans for the current app billing policy.
Storefront and theme setup
Total Print Hub storefront launch uses Shopify theme app extensions and the configured app proxy. Merchants should activate the product-page app embed or add the product-page app block from the in-app Storefront Integration panel; they should not manually edit theme code to install the Studio launcher.
