Total Print Hub

Total Print Hub Reviewer Instructions

This page gives Shopify reviewers a stable testing path for the embedded admin, storefront launcher, billing flow, customer Studio, cart handoff, export, and compliance surfaces.

Review account and install path

Primary test path

  1. Complete Shopify OAuth and open the embedded app. Follow the launch guide without entering a store domain or creating a separate Total Print Hub account.
  2. Open Ready-made Products. Add an editable prepared product, review its colors, sizes, views, print areas, methods, and pricing, then create or update the corresponding Shopify product.
  3. Open Product Setup. Assign a reusable setup to an existing Shopify product, collection, tag, type, vendor, SKU, or supplier family, then confirm the product-specific variants and colors remain accurate.
  4. Open Storefront Integration and use the deep links to activate the product-page app embed or add the product-page app block in the Shopify theme editor. The launcher must be installed through Shopify theme app extensions, not by manual theme-code edits.
  5. From the review product page, use the Total Print Hub launcher to open Product Studio for the selected product and variant. Add text, approved artwork, and an upload; edit the design; save it; calculate the merchant-configured price; and add the signed design reference to Shopify cart.
  6. Open the prepared DTF product and launch Gang Sheet Builder. Choose a merchant-defined sheet, add artwork and text, use duplicate, arrange, and fill, save the measured sheet, calculate price, and add it to cart.
  7. Complete Shopify test checkout with the supplied review payment setup. Open the resulting order in Shopify Admin and use the Total Print Hub order action to reach its design resources and production job.

Order resources and production path

  1. Confirm the order workspace keeps the editable design document, previews, source uploads, artwork and font references, pricing evidence, SVG/PNG/PDF output, and owner production package with the correct order.
  2. Open Production. Review artwork/preflight and customer approval status, assign the job and work center, move it through the configured stages, and verify the due date, priority, materials, job history, and scan label stay with the job.
  3. While signed in as the supplied storefront customer, open My Designs, choose Design approvals, and approve the matching order design or request changes with a comment. For a change request, mark an exact preview location and attach a reference image when customer uploads are enabled. Confirm another storefront customer cannot see, download, or decide that approval and its private reference image.
  4. Use the guarded print handoff, quality check, packing, reprint/remake, and reporting paths with the review job. No physical printer or carrier purchase is required unless the private review notes explicitly provide an approved test integration.

Saved designs, privacy, and reinstall path

  1. Sign in as the supplied storefront customer, open My Designs, and reopen the saved design only for that customer and review product.
  2. Use the private review instructions to verify customer-data request and redaction handling without exposing another merchant or customer.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall through Shopify. Confirm access is removed after uninstall, OAuth is required again, and approved merchant settings return without reviving old billing access.

Billing and access

Billing is Shopify-hosted. Reviewers should use the configured plan-selection or Billing API confirmation path and then return to the app to verify paid feature access. Total Print Hub does not collect payment details or use off-platform license keys. See billing and plans.

Private review package

Test-account credentials, live storefront validation records, checkout price validation records, production billing validation records, and a complete English screencast showing setup and expected outcomes must be supplied through Shopify Partner review notes or private operator records. They are intentionally not published on this public page.

Credentials must grant full reviewer access for the embedded admin, storefront product page, Studio save/quote/cart flow, billing/readiness panel, theme editor activation path, and logged-in customer My Designs and Design approvals paths. Raw passwords, OTP/MFA backup codes, API tokens, and supplier secrets must never be embedded in public pages.

Support during review

Use the support contact published in the Shopify App Store listing, or open Total Print Hub support. Do not send Shopify API secrets, passwords, supplier passwords, private object-storage keys, or customer payment details in support messages.
